Since the rise of local and renowned photographers in the fashion industry (on magazines and print ads), i have always been fascinated by the genius works of art of each photographer who never miss out on capturing a stunning photo. I never dreamt about being a photographer as a child, especially while growing up we lived a simple life; with dreams and ambitions more like closer to nil. However, as time passed, I grew the urge to be more ambitious in life, to be a dreamer and constantly try on things i never thought i could pull off.
When i first got a pricey camera, i just had it for myself, for snapping shots of random things such as the clouds, the sky, the beautiful scenery of every place i go to, family gatherings and occasions, ootds and wiws and that was about it. Not until recently, I had this gut feeling i wanna go out of my comfort zone, that feeling that you want more (not for hunger of fame but for self motivation, to do better) that feeling that i wanna delve into the challenging part of what i really love — Fashion & Photography – together!
I haven’t thought of it yet as a permanent career, but merely for self worth and satisfaction for the time being… so, for the days that i am free of any employed work (aside from being a good wife), i’ll strive to be more fashion forward and keen on being a novice photographer… 🙂
